To be fair, there are parts of Brooklyn that are just as expensive as the UES these days. Not all of Brooklyn is full of teenagers just waiting to stab you.
I just visited Park Slope the other day, and I am REALLY impressed! I never thought I could like Brooklyn so much! Brooklyn is officially off the hook. Now I'm free to hate on The Bronx and Staten Island. STATEN ISLAND!!! What is it good for? Jersey Shore castmembers come from Staten Island!!
