Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Plain Bagels

Tastes Like: 
These, you guys, are the best gluten-free bagels I have ever eaten!  The texture of bagels usually comes from extra gluten, so making bagels that hit close to the right texture without gluten is tough.  They usually taste like dry sponges.  But these, guys, are so good I FREAKED OUT and double-checked the package to make ABSOLUTELY SURE they’re gluten-free.  They also specify that they are “plain” bagels which gives me hope to believe that more flavours may someday come down the pipeline…sesame…everything…cinnamon raisin, OH MY.  Joe, if you’re listening…

Great With:  Trader Joe’s Whipped Cream Cheese.

Perfect For:  Gluten-free NEW YORKERS.  The bagel capital of the world!

Must Know:  I promise you, these are gluten-free.  Don’t have a gluten-freakout like I did.  You’ll be fine.  Shhh.  It’s alright.

Costs: 
$4.49 for 4 bagels.  A bit pricey, but I swear to you, these bagels are the bagelliest bagels you can get without gluten.  Absolutely worth it.  You need these in your life!
